Sails

Built around how you actually sail.

A sail has one job: hold shape when you ask it to and last long enough to be worth the money. We design and build sails for club racing, coastal hops, and longer passages.

What we do

New inventory, recuts, and honest repairs.

  • New sails. Mains, headsails, staysails, and downwind sails.
  • Upgrades. Reef points, UV covers, and hardware upgrades.
  • Inspection, repair, and recuts. If a sail can be saved, we'll tell you. If it can't, we'll build one that fits.

Every sail is cut and finished so corners, reefs, and UV covers don't become the weak point.

How we build them

Modern patterning and clean layouts.

Strong seams and thoughtful reinforcement.

Finishing that will still look right after heat, UV, and reefing.

A mainsail that still holds shape after a hard season.

Built for your boat

Every sail is cut and sewn by hand in our Saint Simons Island loft. Bring the old sail, or photos and measurements, and we'll tell you straight what we can do, what it will cost, and how long it will take.
